We attended the awards ceremony over the weekend at the Today's Baby Expo held at the IDCC Convention Centre in Shah Alam, together with the winners in other categories.
Sue, the founder of Janie & Joe, met with several members of the press to speak about how important it is for young children to enjoy creative play, especially in our modern lifestyle where we're surrounded constantly by electronic devices and screens.
When asked why she thought Janie & Joe was voted Best Toy Store for the second year in a row, Sue explained that customer service was very important to her and all the staff, from the front-line sales people in the toy store to the hard working employees who worked in the warehouse and in operations.
Sue also explained how Janie & Joe is committed to only carrying toys which are in line with her values.
